If you ordered groceries online (www.fairprice.com.sg) or via the FairPrice Group app, the spend will be counted based on the date the order was placed.
For grocery delivery, spending will be counted towards the calendar quarter based on the order date placed.
Example 1: If you place a $50 order on 28 September and it’s delivered on 30 September, the $50 will still count towards the 3rd quarter's spending.
Example 2: If you place a $50 order on 28 September but it's delivered on 5 October, the $50 will count towards the 3rd quarter's spending (based on the order date on 28 September).
The final amount invoiced post-delivery will be considered, excluding discounts, promotions, offers, promo codes, delivery fees, service fees and surcharges, unless stated otherwise.
