Log in to your Link account via NTUC Link website or the FairPrice Group app to update your personal information easily.
NTUC Link website
1. Log in to your Link account via link.sg/login.
2. Enter your mobile number and click “Next” to receive an OTP.
3. Enter the OTP sent via SMS and click “Next” to continue.
4. Click “My Account", then “My profile” on the left panel.
5. Click “Edit Profile" on the top right of the screen to amend your personal information.
6. Click “Update” once you’ve confirmed the amendments.
FairPrice Group app
1. Open your FairPrice Group app.
2. Tap the “Profile” icon on the top left of the screen.
3. Tap “Edit Profile” on the top right of the screen.
4. Edit your personal information and tap “Save” once you’ve confirmed the changes.
Please note that doing this will only update your personal information in the FairPrice Group app.
Are you a Link member? You’ll need to update your personal information in your Link account as well.
For FairPrice Group shareholders only
Please update your personal information via the FairPrice Members Portal as well.
1. Log in via fairprice.com.sg/fpm.
2. Enter your Link Rewards card number and click “Next” to continue.
3. Choose how you’d like the OTP to be sent to you and click “Send OTP”.
4. Enter the OTP and click “Submit” to log in to the portal.
5. Click “Edit” to amend your personal information.
6. Click “Save Changes” once you’ve confirmed the amendments.
Clicking on “Save Changes” will update the personal information saved in your FairPrice membership account as well.
