To request for a replacement Link or NTUC card, please login to your Link account via the Link website.
Once login, click on My Account > My Cards, then select the card you would like to replace and click on "Replace card". If you have the FairPrice Group app, you can also do a card replacement. Once login, click on your profile account > Link membership > View cards. Select the card that you would like to replace and click on "Replace card".
If you do not have a FairPrice Group app, you may download via Google Playstore or App Store.
